Picky eaters ate very little, then very loose bowels.
The meal in some packages is very watery and has the consistency of a thick soup.
The plastic used for the packaging is very poor quality and doesn’t seem suitable for frozen food. The packaging often develops holes after freezing, causing the liquid to leak out and make a mess.
The overall quality is not as high as it used to be. Compared with six months ago, it seems to contain less fish and more rice and vegetables.
My dog still love it and eats everything.
Dogs love the taste and I like the high protein, low fat ingredients.
My dog Potato loves the Pork Stew. It seems very tasty and nutritious. I just wish the shipping can be free.
Our two cats actively drive me nuts at mealtime. I can’t dish out their food fast enough. They love it!!!

OK so my yellow lab is doing really well on you food. In the first few weeks I noticed his fur was just softer and healthier. Over the last 3 months he has lost 8 pounds going from 107 to 99. He still has another 6-7 pounds to go. So big fan of your product.
Some feedback— it’s really challenging to get the food out of the package when it’s thawed. And it’s also really confusing counting calories of the food. I have noticed that some online sources have the calories very different than whats on the package so I would love an exact amount of calories that each package is.
Unfortunately after several attempts, our cockapoo is still refusing to eat the Beef and Broccoli. One comment we would make is that the beef is too finely ground into the quinoa and not even visible. Our girl has gastroenteritis, so the low fat content would have been good. We will be removing this from future orders. Thank you

Im on the fence about this profuct snd the fisherman one. I started to purchase this brand about 7-8 months ago, my 9 yr old poodle had a bout of pancreatitis with secondary gastroenteritis and the vet couldnt figure out why he continued regurtating. Someone in a Facebook group auggested this brand and it was the only thing that helped. Sadly, ive noticed in the past 2 months that the Kangaroo and Fisherman options have gotten mushier with every order we get.
Charlie’s been enjoying the kangaroo recipe for a few months now and is always excited for meals.
Our dog always gobbles this up with such enthusiasm! I love that it's made with wholesome ingredients and is something our dog also loves
my senior pug Ferguson was obsessed. 🐷🍲 He’s usually picky, but this disappeared fast. I also appreciate the fresh ingredients and gentle texture for older pups. Happy pug, happy hooman!
