Subscriptions

Tom&Sawyer offers an auto-renewing subscription with no long-term commitment. You can modify, skip and cancel unprocessed orders anytime within your personal subscription account page provided.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the frequency identified during checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it prior to the order processing date. You will receive notices of upcoming processing dates and it is your responsibility to make changes before your order is confirmed as processed.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails and your order processing reminder emails have links to manage your subscription from there.

Confirmed Orders (Paid Orders)

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Orders that have entered processing cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is received and we advise if an adjustment is possible, an administration fee of up to $15 may apply to cover non-recoverable processing and handling costs.

Once an order has entered processing, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded except as required by applicable law.
